ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this incredible opportunity will see the successful candidate managing one of the company's major client's. With a strong focus on client-facing responsibilities, you will be responsible for every touchpoint, including FCL, ensuring a seamless operational transition from end to end and delivering operational services efficiently and effectively to the impressive standard set by the organisation.

DUTIES
• Be the key point of contact and managing end-to-end export operations
• Accurate execution of all export SEA functions, ensuring full compliance
• Ensuring operational excellence and service reliability are met at all times
• Communicating & liaising with Shipping lines/Co-loaders/Service providers & overseas agents 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 5-10 years of experience in Export Seafreight Operations
• Strong experience in end-to-end operational export processes 
• Confident working closely with key clients 
• Demonstrated ability to maintain commercial relationships 
• Experience working on Cargowise1
