A well-established and highly regarded organisation is seeking a Finance Administrator to join its Finance Operations team. This opportunity sits within a structured, high-volume environment supporting a national dealer network and wholesale finance portfolio.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will play a key role in administering wholesale loans and supporting dealer relationships. The position requires strong attention to detail, sound numerical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

What you'll be doing:
  • Process wholesale loan creations, adjustments, and credit notes
  • Prepare wholesale invoices, refunds, and credits
  • Manage daily and monthly reporting, including dealer reports and floor plan registers
  • Coordinate invoice charges to dealers
  • Process supplier/manufacturer invoices
  • Arrange discharges and release
  • Respond to dealer queries
  • Collate and process daily banking payments and prepare submissions for approval
  • Assist with monthly processing of contracts, early payout letters, and discharges
  • Complete contract completion documentation 
  • Support annual insurance follow-ups
  • Assist with document management and audit preparation (internal and external)
  • Provide reception back-up support when required
  • Contribute to special projects as needed

What we're looking for:
  • You are highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured yet dynamic environment. 
  • Asset finance experience (preferred)
  • Strong numerical and analytical capability
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience with finance systems
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
  • Working knowledge of credit administration processes
