A well-established and highly regarded organisation is seeking a Finance Administrator to join its Finance Operations team. This opportunity sits within a structured, high-volume environment supporting a national dealer network and wholesale finance portfolio.

About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will play a key role in administering wholesale loans and supporting dealer relationships. The position requires strong attention to detail, sound numerical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
What you'll be doing:
- Process wholesale loan creations, adjustments, and credit notes
- Prepare wholesale invoices, refunds, and credits
- Manage daily and monthly reporting, including dealer reports and floor plan registers
- Coordinate invoice charges to dealers
- Process supplier/manufacturer invoices
- Arrange discharges and release
- Respond to dealer queries
- Collate and process daily banking payments and prepare submissions for approval
- Assist with monthly processing of contracts, early payout letters, and discharges
- Complete contract completion documentation
- Support annual insurance follow-ups
- Assist with document management and audit preparation (internal and external)
- Provide reception back-up support when required
- Contribute to special projects as needed
What we're looking for:
- You are highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured yet dynamic environment.
- Asset finance experience (preferred)
- Strong numerical and analytical capability
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience with finance systems
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
- Working knowledge of credit administration processes
