The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Accountant will play a key role in supporting accurate financial reporting, compliance activities, and end-to-end financial operations across multiple global entities. This role is hands-on, varied, and suited to someone who enjoys both operational accounting and contributing to process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment:

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Accountant will play a key role in supporting accurate financial reporting, compliance activities, and end-to-end financial operations across multiple global entities. This role is hands-on, varied, and suited to someone who enjoys both operational accounting and contributing to process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting across multiple entities.
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Support global contract billing, revenue recognition, and invoicing processes.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Participate in payroll processing cycles.
- Assist with statutory reporting and annual audit requirements.
- Prepare tax and regulatory submissions including GST, PAYG, FBT, payroll tax and international equivalents.
- Support compliance with transfer pricing requirements and cross-border accounting processes.
- Enhance finance processes, systems, and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights, ad-hoc reporting, and support business projects as required.
- CA or CPA qualified with 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong Excel capability and confidence working with finance systems (QuickBooks is a bonus)
- Experience working in multinational, SaaS, or high-growth environments (preferred)
- Strong analytical ability, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to communicate confidently across departments and geographical regions
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
