The Role
This opportunity will see a Senior Financial Accountant take on a varied role within a supportive team. With 5 days onsite, this position will be responsible for recording, summarising, and reporting transactions resulting from business operations. Key responsibilities include:
You will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and CA or CPA is encouraged but not necessary. You will have extensive proven experience as a Financial Accountant with commercial and business awareness. Technically advanced in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI would be an advantage.
With excellent people and time management skills, you will also hold in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements, including Payroll experience.

The Role
This opportunity will see a Senior Financial Accountant take on a varied role within a supportive team. With 5 days onsite, this position will be responsible for recording, summarising, and reporting transactions resulting from business operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Updating workflows and procedures to support the achievement of all monthly/year-end objectives
- Preparing and analysing the monthly P&L and balance sheet reports
- General ledger account reconciliations
- Assisting in preparing budgets
- Statutory Tax reporting (BAS, payroll and FBT) and inventory processing
- Collecting and analysing data
- Advising on estimates on project funding
- Updating KPI’s
- Preparing actual and forecast cashflow statements
- Co-ordination and preparation of year-end accounts, assisting with statutory account activities
- Providing ongoing support for the stakeholders
