What you’ll be doing:

In your first few months, you’ll learn the recruitment process inside and out. This will include:

• Writing and posting job ads
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Conducting interviews and candidate briefings
• Coordinating interviews with clients
• Managing feedback and guiding both candidates and clients through the hiring journey

• A recent university graduate (any degree welcome!)
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Someone who’s motivated by targets and excited by a career in sales
