The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Head of Sales to join the executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth.

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, this role is responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes across a B2B client base.
You will inspire, empower and enable your teams to achieve excellence, while embedding a high-performance, customer-centric culture aligned to business strategy.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute sales strategy aligned to business growth objectives
  • Drive revenue growth through market opportunities, forecasting, and target setting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients; act as senior escalation point
  • Lead, coach and develop Customer Service and Account Management teams
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture across the sales function
  • Oversee sales operations, including account management, onboarding, and service delivery
  • Analyse sales data, customer insights, and market trends to inform strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams on go-to-market initiatives
  • Report on sales performance and provide strategic insights to leadership
  • Champion safety, compliance, and a positive, values-driven team culture
About You
You are a commercially astute sales leader with a proven track record of delivering growth within a B2B environment—ideally within food manufacturing or a related industry.

You will bring:
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior sales leadership role
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and develop high-performing teams
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships
