The Opportunity

Based at their Spring Street headquarters, you’ll work closely with Executive and Senior Leadership teams, leading people initiatives that drive organisational performance and cultural excellence across all corporate functions. This is a permanent, office-based role with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.

- About the Role
As a P&C Business Partner, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to the corporate client group, including Executive and Leadership team members.
- Provide timely, expert HR advice on complex people matters
- Partner with leaders to drive organisational effectiveness and cultural transformation
- Design and implement practical, tailored HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Build leadership capability through coaching, facilitation, and support
- Be visible, approachable, and engaged - supporting stakeholders with a people-first approach
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong background in employee relations, case management, and organisational change
- Commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior levels and drive people strategy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record of effectively working with and improving inefficient, manual operational systems
