Reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with leaders across the business, providing hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle while championing a strong safety culture. Working within a small, collaborative team, you will have genuine influence and the opportunity to make a visible impact.

About the Role
As a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, you will take ownership of operational HR activities while ensuring OHS compliance and continuous improvement across the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Employee relations and performance management
- Coaching leaders through people-related matters and change initiatives
- Onboarding and induction programs
- Learning and development coordination
- HR policy and process improvement
- OHS compliance, inspections and audits
- Incident management and safety reporting
- Stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business
- Supporting a positive, high-performing workplace culture
You are a proactive and hands-on HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and partnering with leaders to solve problems and drive outcomes.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
- Strong employee relations and performance management experience
- Demonstrated OHS knowledge and practical experience
- Manufacturing, industrial or production environment experience (essential)
- A degree qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial acumen and sound business judgement
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- Well-established and growing organisation
