Key Responsibilities
- Analyse HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and compliance workflows.
- Identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Implement quick-win changes, document procedures, and train staff for sustainable outcomes.
- Assist with decision making around implementation of a possible new HRIS system.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align initiatives with industry regulations.
- Experience in HR process improvement and systems implementations, preferably in energy, utilities, or manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in process mapping, BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Minitab), and change management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS systems like Workday or SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement in fast-paced environments.
