The Role
Working in a team of 3 reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide broad HR support nationwide and connect globally with peers to deliver best practice advice and service. This is a varied work environment, where the HR team provides a high level of support and guidance to all levels of the organisation in managing their human resource needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination and the administration of the Recruitment and Selection processes, working in conjunction with other HR team members to assist in all facets of the recruitment and selection process;
- Assist in the administration and coordination of the Induction program;
- Preparation of employment contracts and variation letters;
- Facilitate new employee information and maintenance to Payroll;
- Assist in the annual salary review process;
- Undertake special projects as directed by the HR Manager in support of meeting key business objectives supporting the ongoing development & evaluation of contemporary HR services;
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of the staff performance review process;
- Administer, create, deliver and champion the Learning Management System and its training content;
- Actively engage with, coach and develop managers and team leaders on best practice HR topics;
- Assist managers with employment lifecycle, including on boarding, performance management, off boarding etc,
- Assist with WorkCover claims and work together with the RTW coordinator.
The Person
You will have Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources and a keen desire to continue developing professionally. As a team player, your communication skills will be exemplary in providing clear vision and an aptitude to motivate and inspire others for the organisational common goals.
