ABOUT THE ROLE
Currently, they are looking to add an Import Seafreight Operator to their busy team. This role suits someone organised, with the ability to work with a high volume work-load.

DUTIES
• Liaising with clients, carriers and overseas partners
• Deliver exceptional service to our customers
• Co-ordinate shipments, including but not limited to co-ordination of dangerous goods, container unpacking and wharf collection
• Client invoicing
• Ensure compliance with Australian Customs
• Quote rates

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3 years Import Seafreight experience
• CW1 experience is desirable
• Strong and accurate invoicing ability
• Experience liaising with overseas offices via email and phone
• Be well-organised and have the ability to multi-task
• Strong self-motivation, drive and initiative
