ABOUT THE ROLE
An Import Operations position handling Seafreight and Airfreight end-to-end, working within a tight-knit team. On TradeWindow, this role will see the suitable candidate responsible for all aspects of import operations processes. With all Operations handled in-house, the position will suit a hands-on operator. 

DUTIES
• Registering and lodging Sea-Cargo Automation on all Imports 
• Coordinating with shipping lines, international agents, service providers, and customs for missing documents and status updates 
• Updating costing, quoting and transport 
• Collaborating with customer service, customs, and warehousing teams

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 2-3 years' experience in Import Operations (Air & Sea)
• Proven experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry
• Demonstrated ability to maintain commercial relationships 
• Ability to think creatively and quickly find practical solutions to challenges
