ABOUT THE ROLE
The operations and pricing position within the import team will manage all Import and Export files post-delivery. This is a part-time position: 20 hours per week, either 3 full days or 5, 4-hour days. An autonomous position ensuring the operations team has completed all elements of the operational process before posting invoices in CargoWise1. A strong understanding of shipping terms and previous experience within freight forwarding operations and invoicing shipments is imperative.

DUTIES
• Manage a high volume of files daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with the operations team to follow up on discrepancies
• Maintain and update KPI’s per stakeholder requirements
• Manage each file per the shipping terms and agreed rates

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Extensive working in freight forwarding import roles with costing and invoicing
• Demonstrated operational understanding of CW1 technology
• Previous experience in a high-volume environment with a proactive mindset
• Experience dealing with internal stakeholders
