As an Internal Sales Specialist for a luxury automotive brand, you will be the go-to expert on their full range of vehicles, providing a premium experience to customers and supporting them throughout their purchase journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers through vehicle options, highlighting features and benefits.
• Generate high-quality leads for the dealer network.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up with customers and dealers to maximize sales conversion.
• Gather and summarize customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Accurately record all customer information in systems.
• Ensure compliance with Financial Services regulations.
• Collaborate effectively within the team to support the Business Development Centre's success.
• Handle various enquiries and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive or hospitality industry. Experience in a luxury segment or automotive retail environment is desirable.
