The Role
This Inventory Manager position is responsible for the end-to-end management of all saleable stock across Victoria. You will oversee inventory systems, coordinate stock allocation, support production scheduling, and ensure data accuracy across all inventory records.

The Role
This Inventory Manager position is responsible for the end-to-end management of all saleable stock across Victoria. You will oversee inventory systems, coordinate stock allocation, support production scheduling, and ensure data accuracy across all inventory records.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory master data and stock records
- Oversee stock allocation to customer orders and maintain order bank accuracy
- Coordinate production scheduling and stock grading processes
- Support import/export administration and stock movement tracking
- Attend and contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly operational meetings
- Participate in stocktakes and ensure inventory accuracy
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong Excel skills and high level of numerical accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
