THE POSITION
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will take responsibility for the management of the Accounts Payable function including the administration of company credit cards, commissions payable, intercompany accounts and bank reconciliations.
- Processing supplier invoices
- Coding and allocation of company credit card and staff reimbursements
- Coordinating all EFT payments
- Reconciliation of Credit and General ledgers
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Assisting with month end process
- Calculation of post monthly commissions
