About the Role - 
Commencing as a Sales Administrator, you’ll spend your first six months gaining a deep understanding of the business and its operations. You’ll work closely with key internal departments, developing a well-rounded understanding of how each area contributes to overall success.
Key responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support to the Sales team

• Liaising with customers regarding orders, product information, and service queries

• Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate data entry

• Collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Administration teams to ensure smooth operations

• Gaining in-depth product knowledge and understanding customer needs

• Building a solid foundation to transition into the Supply Chain Department after your six-month probation

• Has strong communication and organisational skills

• Is enthusiastic about developing a career in Supply Chain

• Enjoys problem-solving and working as part of a close-knit team

• Has great attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
