A leading organisation within the premium consumer goods sector is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow retail partner relationships across metropolitan and regional Queensland. This position plays a key role in driving sales performance, ensuring service excellence, and fostering long-term partnerships with major retail and specialist outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong business relationships with retail partners across metropolitan and regional Queensland
• Conduct regular store visits to review performance, identify growth opportunities and provide merchandising feedback
• Implement tailored promotional and training initiatives to increase brand presence and sales results
• Manage product ranging, pricing discussions and inventory levels to ensure optimum availability
• Support retail teams with product knowledge, sales techniques and in-store presentation standards
• Analyse territory data and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement and market growth
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management on territory performance and strategic opportunities
What You’ll Bring:
• Previous experience in territory or account management within consumer goods, retail or related industries
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to work independently
• Sound commercial acumen and confidence in interpreting sales and performance data
• Flexibility to travel within Queensland and a current driver’s licence
