Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join this leader in the agribusiness sector, committed to operational excellence and sustainable growth.

As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in producing and analysing financial management reports, supporting our Executive team, and ensuring the ongoing financial health of our business and provide critical financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Lead preparation of budgets and forecasts aligned with business strategy and track budget performance and deliver actionable insights to management
• Partner with business units to report on and improve financial performance
• Monitor and analyse input costs and production yields
• Develop and implement cost control initiatives across division
• Conduct monthly financial performance reviews with divisional teams
• Produce and analyse divisional income statements and financial reports
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for Executive and Board meetings
• Develop financial forecasts, cost models, and scenario plans tailored to seasonal cycles
• Translate complex financial data into clear business insights for non-financial stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes

About you:
• Strong organisational skills: planning, prioritising, and multitasking
• Advanced financial skills: budgeting, cost control, analysis, and reporting
• Positive, self-motivated, and respectful of others
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or related field
• CPA or CA qualification (essential)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management accounting, ideally within agriculture or primary production
• Proven ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation in an agribusiness environment
• Experience with ERP systems (Ironbark and Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
