The Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a capable Marketing Administrator to join a growing team. This will suit someone who enjoys variety and thrives on keeping projects organised supporting campaign execution, coordinating content across digital channels (including email marketing and social), updating marketing materials, website, and assisting with reporting and administration to help the wider team deliver high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
The Person

You will have previous experience in a marketing admin / coordinator role, supporting campaigns and deadlines. Strong written communication and content coordination skills (email / EDM, website and social). You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and proofing ability, confident stakeholder management with internal teams and external suppliers and comfortable using marketing systems and basic performance reporting (CRM, email insights, web / social analytics)

- Support the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Create, schedule and publish content across website, email / EDM and social media
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines and campaign schedules
- Assist with development of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, newsletters and sales support materials)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (design, print, agencies) to deliver projects on time
- Manage CRM / contact lists and maintain accurate marketing databases and records
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reporting / insights
- Support events and promotional activity coordination, plus general admin support to the marketing team
