The Role
The Marketing Coordinator manages and delivers marketing activities across the organisation, ensuring brand consistency, creating content, supporting sales, and maintaining accurate product messaging. The role requires creativity, strong organisation, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Content & Creative
Campaigns, CRM & Analytics
Website & Collateral
Events & Stakeholder Management
The Person
The role requires a qualification (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Digital Media, along with several years of relevant marketing or communications experience. You should have strong skills in creating visual content (video, photography, graphic design) for digital and print, and experience maintaining marketing materials and website content with high accuracy.
The position demands excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with internal teams such as sales. Advanced proficiency in Meta, Office 365, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous, along with knowledge of SEO, digital marketing trends, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage social media platforms and oversee content creation, publishing, and performance analysis
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic while maintaining brand tone in all communications
Content & Creative
- Plan, produce, and edit high-quality photo, video, and written content
- Design on-brand assets for digital and print, including EDMs, brochures, and website visuals
Campaigns, CRM & Analytics
- Support EDM campaigns and CRM initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and conduct market research
Website & Collateral
- Maintain website content, product information, and marketing materials
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all channels
Events & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate marketing for events and partnerships, including influencers and ambassadors
- Collaborate with sales, internal teams, and external suppliers to deliver effective marketing support
