The Role
 
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing team with campaigns, product launches and brand communications, coordinating digital and print content plus events and trade shows. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy. Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Create, write and publish marketing content across EDMs (AU/NZ), website updates and social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines, core values and campaign goals
  • Strong copywriting is essential to clearly communicate product benefits, drive engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice across every channel
  • Produce and manage marketing collateral, including the bi-annual AU product catalogue, brochures, catalogues, promo items and samples
  • Maintain office stock and keep the digital asset library current, organised and accessible
  • Coordinate print production and promotional orders with external suppliers to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines
  • Support campaign delivery by managing the marketing calendar, assisting Sales with branded presentations, templates, and reporting on performance (website, EDM and social) using analytics tools with guidance from the Marketing Manager
  • Provide general marketing support and other duties as directed by the Marketing Manager
 
 
The Person
 
You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision, while also working collaboratively. You can take projects end-to-end (from concept through to production and delivery), communicate confidently, maintain consistently high design standards, and actively use constructive feedback to continuously improve.
 
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and strong Microsoft Office skills. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is highly regarded, with the ability to report on digital performance.
