A growing business, this ISO accredited company manufactures and supplies a wide range of high-quality engineered industrial products to a variety of industries for use in the industrial, infrastructure and domestic markets. With an ever-expanding footprint, to support the company’s growth, they are in the market to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager.
 
 
The Role
 
Reporting to the CEO you will drive marketing strategy and execution to build brand presence, engage customers, and create growth opportunities, while leading digital and continuous improvement initiatives.
 
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
 
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including marketing technology, automation, analytics, and AI
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads and support sales outcomes
  • Manage brand, content, digital channels, and customer engagement activities
  • Provide market insights to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers
  • Take a hands-on role in delivering marketing programs, content, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
 
 
The Person
 
You will lead marketing initiatives that build brand leadership, generate qualified opportunities, support growth, and enhance customer engagement through digital and AI-driven innovation.
 
With numerous years’ marketing experience in senior roles you will have expertise in digital / AI implementation / transformation marketing, CRM and automation, campaign management, content strategy, and performance analytics. With a hands-on approach and ability to develop content, execute campaigns, and manage marketing tools directly.
