About the Role
This role is responsible for executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within a B2B environment. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to overall business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Build strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts
- Conduct client meetings to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support and issue resolution
- Provide product guidance, training, and technical support as required
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, customer service, and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting
- Analyse sales performance data and contribute to continuous improvement and growth initiatives
You are a motivated and relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
You will bring:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales, ideally within B2B food manufacturing or FMCG
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow customer accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- A data-driven and analytical approach to sales performance
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- High levels of initiative, professionalism, and integrity
- Willingness to travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
