The Role
 
The National HR Administrator provides HR, administrative, and compliance support across multiple entities within the national group. The role coordinates HR processes, maintains accurate HR records and systems, supports compliance and governance activities, and serves as the central administrative contact for HR matters across Australia.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Multi-entity employee lifecycle management
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, HR data, and policy administration across multiple entities
  • Ensure there is accurate records, compliance, and consistent implementation of group and local requirements
  • Support interpretation and administration of employment frameworks across jurisdictions, including awards, leave entitlements, workers’ compensation, WHS, and workplace safety obligations
  • Group reporting and compliance support
  • Assist with workforce reporting and compliance obligations, including gender pay gap reporting and monitoring headcount-related regulatory thresholds across entities
 
 
The Person
 
  • You will have several years' experience in an HR Administration or HR Coordinator role, ideally within a multi-entity environment supporting a geographically dispersed workforce
  • With a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, you will have sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance requirements
  • You will be highly organised with strong HR systems, Excel, and time management skills to support multiple priorities and entities
