ABOUT THE ROLE
The National Pallet Controller plays a key role in driving accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple site operations. You’ll oversee safety and quality programs, manage pallet movements nationwide, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment.
DUTIES
• Manage pallet and equipment movements, stocktakes, and reconciliations across all sites.
• Oversee safety, supplier compliance, and audit preparation.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop process improvements and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience in a similar role involving pallet control, equipment hire, and quality assurance, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
• Assertive communicator with strong interpersonal skills to engage suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Tenacious and solutions-focused, with the ability to investigate variances, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
