About the Role
Reporting to the Network Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business discussions between head office and the dealer network by providing accurate, timely and insightful financial and operational reporting.
You will be responsible for developing reporting solutions, analysing dealer performance, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights that support business growth and network performance.

About the Role
Reporting to the Network Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business discussions between head office and the dealer network by providing accurate, timely and insightful financial and operational reporting.
You will be responsible for developing reporting solutions, analysing dealer performance, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights that support business growth and network performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance dealer performance dashboards, metrics and analytics
- Design and implement automated reporting solutions and data visualisations across the business
- Analyse dealer performance and provide meaningful insights and trend analysis
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting tools and business intelligence solutions
- Support reporting automation initiatives and process improvements
- Maintain network reporting platforms and dealer action tracking systems
- Prepare composite reports, financial analysis and executive-level reporting
- Collect, validate and analyse financial and statistical data from the dealer network
- Support business modelling initiatives to evaluate dealer performance
- Assist with management presentations and strategic business reviews
- Support database maintenance and reporting system development
You are a confident communicator who enjoys working with both data and people. You bring curiosity, commercial awareness and a desire to continuously improve processes through technology and analytics.
You will ideally possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Business Computing or a related discipline
- 1-2 years' experience in business analysis, reporting, finance or a similar analytical role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with data visualisation and Power BI
- Exposure to SQL, VBA, macros or other data extraction and automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- The ability to interpret complex data and present clear business insights
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse concepts will be highly regarded
