The Role
 
We are seeking an enthusiastic Client Services / Office Administrator to assist a busy environment with general administration and production support. You will stay motivated and be willing to roll up your sleeves and utilise the latest in technology.
 
Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Attend to phone calls
  • Email correspondence
  • Prepare documents and data entry
  • Generate invoices, quotations and workflow reports
  • Communicate with external stakeholders
  • Assist product development
