We are partnering with a well-established, professional services business based in Mulgrave that is seeking an energetic, and organised Office Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look the same. You’ll be the first point of contact at reception while also playing a key part in supporting the broader office with coordination and administration.
About the Role:
• Managing the front desk and welcoming clients and visitors
• Handling incoming calls and general enquiries
• Coordinating meeting rooms and office facilities
• Booking domestic and occasional international travel
• Assisting with the coordination of internal events and functions
• Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
About You:
• Brings energy and a positive attitude to the workplace
• Is highly organised and naturally proactive
• Has strong communication skills and a professional manner
• Uses initiative and has solid common sense
• Is resilient and comfortable in a direct, fast-paced environment
• Is willing to roll up their sleeves and learn
Previous reception or office administration experience will be highly regarded, but attitude and cultural fit are key.
