An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Order Management Specialist to join a well-established organisation with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while managing the end-to-end order process.

About the Role
Reporting to the Order Management Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of retail orders from receipt through to delivery. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will be responsible for maintaining service levels, resolving issues and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end retail order process across Australia and New Zealand
  • Process customer orders accurately using SAP or a similar ERP system
  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, product availability and delivery status
  • Coordinate returns, credits and replacement requests
  • Manage loan order administration and inventory records
  • Liaise with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service teams to resolve order issues
  • Monitor order accuracy and identify opportunities to improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, approvals and governance requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support reporting and audit requirements
About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Customer Operations or Sales Support
  • Experience working within a retail, manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods or distribution environment
  • Strong SAP or ERP system experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis) will be highly regarded
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI for reporting and data visualisation will be considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
