An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy finance team on a temporary, part-time basis.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a busy environment, is confident working across both AR and AP, and can hit the ground running. This opportunity is to commence on the 8th September until the 16th October, working 3 days per week (Tues - Thurs)

Key responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
- Managing high-volume collections and following up outstanding accounts
- Processing allocations and banking
- Completing account reconciliations
- Responding to customer and internal queries
- Assisting with general AR administration and maintaining accurate records
Accounts Payable
- Entering and processing supplier invoices
- Chasing internal approvals
- Preparing invoices and payment information for payment runs
- Assisting with general AP administration as required
- Previous experience in a similar AR/AP or transactional finance role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with high volumes and deadlines
- Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Good reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MYOB is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Available to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday throughout the assignment
