ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to a recent resignation, there is a requirement for a Senior Payroll professional to join this organisation and manage a medium-sized Payroll team for an interim period of 6-8 weeks.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to a recent resignation, there is a requirement for a Senior Payroll professional to join this organisation and manage a medium-sized Payroll team for an interim period of 6-8 weeks.
DUTIES
- Managing the fortnightly end-to-end Payroll processing, including ad-hoc payments
- Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance across PAYG, superannuation, leave, and statutory obligations
- Act as a point of escalation for complex queries
- Provide and ensure a high level of customer service is maintained
- Ensure team workloads are appropriately managed
- Provide upskilling where required
- Prior experience managing Payroll teams
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance obligations
- Experience with iChris is advantageous
- A history of working in the Health industry is ideal
- Prior history of process improvement or system enhancement
