The Opportunity
Join a dynamic and caring team in Notting Hill as a Temporary Payroll Officer, where you’ll hit the ground running and play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services. This is an immediate start opportunity for an experienced professional ideally with Dayforce payroll system expertise. You’ll report directly to the Payroll Manager and work in a fast-paced, solutions-focused, and customer-centric environment.

The Role
As the Temporary Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for business-as-usual (BAU) payroll operations, including:

• Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and on time - weekly
• Ensuring compliance with EBA and Awards
• Maintaining payroll records and employee data
• Responding to payroll queries from employees
• Preparing and reconciling payroll reports as required

• Ideally proven experience using the Dayforce payroll system
• Previous payroll experience in a similar BAU capacity
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solutions-focused, customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills
