ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining a team of 6, you will take on the duties of a Payroll Officer to process fortnightly pay for an employee base of 3000 staff. Being a Health organisation, it is a complex Payroll with a large number of different awards.

DUTIES
- Accurate and timely processing of alternating fortnightly pay runs
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, EBAs, and Awards
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality
- Respond to payroll queries promptly and professionally
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits
- Multiple years of experience as a Payroll Officer
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance obligations
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience with Chris21 is advantageous
- A history of working in the Health industry is preferred
