Working directly alongside the Payroll Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end payroll function while developing your technical capability across payroll legislation, compliance, systems and best practice.

The Opportunity
Working directly alongside the Payroll Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end payroll function while developing your technical capability across payroll legislation, compliance, systems and best practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Processing payroll adjustments, leave payments and reconciliations
- Supporting award interpretation and payroll compliance activities
- Responding to payroll enquiries from employees and managers
- Assisting with payroll reporting and payroll administration
- Contributing to payroll process improvements and system enhancements
- Several years' experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Sound understanding of Australian payroll legislation and payroll compliance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A team player who takes pride in producing high-quality work
