The Company & Role

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll support a dynamic manufacturing and supply chain workforce, partnering with leaders to create meaningful change. You’ll champion engagement, capability, and culture through practical HR solutions that bring the Company values to life every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with leaders to deliver impactful people strategies that support growth, performance, and employee wellbeing.
  • Lead initiatives that uplift culture, leadership capability, and continuous improvement across operations.
  • Provide practical advice on employee relations and drive proactive solutions that build trust and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the wider P&C team to optimise policies and people processes.
  • Manage and lead a varity of exciting operational projects that support future growth for the business.
  • Contribute to programs that enhance development, inclusion, and connection across all levels.
The Person

You’re a people partner who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You bring warmth and professionalism in equal measure and love turning ideas into action. You’ll also have:
  • Proven experience in a P&C Business Partner role, ideally within either FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Strong ER/IR knowledge and confidence working with frontline leaders.
  • A curious mindset and a passion for improving how people work, grow, and connect.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative approach.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
