What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to deliver impactful people strategies that support growth, performance, and employee wellbeing.
- Lead initiatives that uplift culture, leadership capability, and continuous improvement across operations.
- Provide practical advice on employee relations and drive proactive solutions that build trust and accountability.
- Collaborate with the wider P&C team to optimise policies and people processes.
- Manage and lead a varity of exciting operational projects that support future growth for the business.
- Contribute to programs that enhance development, inclusion, and connection across all levels.

- Proven experience in a P&C Business Partner role, ideally within either FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong ER/IR knowledge and confidence working with frontline leaders.
- A curious mindset and a passion for improving how people work, grow, and connect.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative approach.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
