About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a passionate  HR Coordinator/Advisor  to join their team in Bayswater. This is a true generalist role where you’ll own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, make a real impact, and have the autonomy to shape HR practices while working closely with the HR Manager.

About the Role
  • Partner with production, manufacturing, sales, and service teams to deliver people solutions
  • Lead all aspects of the HR function: ER case management, recruitment, performance reviews, and disciplinary conversations
  • Champion learning and development across leadership, management, and OHS capability uplift
  • Support engagement initiatives to keep culture strong and connected
  • Use  BambooHR  to manage and streamline HR processes
  • Walk the floor and build strong relationships at every level – HR has a strong voice and is well regarded here
About You
You’re a reliable, proactive self-starter who thrives in a people-focused environment. You may be an experienced  HR Coordinator ready to step up  into an advisory role, or already working as an Advisor and looking for more autonomy. You’re confident in:
  • Managing the employee lifecycle end-to-end
  • Building trusted relationships across varied stakeholder groups
  • Handling ER/IR matters with fairness and professionalism
  • Driving cultural initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Most of all, you’re motivated to make an impact in a business where your voice matters.
