ABOUT THE ROLE
With growth, our client wants to add a Sales and Pricing Coordinator to their Commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the role will support the Internal Sales and Pricing team and promote, recognise, and act on new business development opportunities. This position works closely with Shipping Lines, Agents and Clients to ensure rate follow-up and constant growth and development.

DUTIES
• Rate sourcing, preparation and follow-up managed in a timely fashion
• Entering and updating rates into auto-rating and CW1 
• Client contact, weekly status reports, onboarding and SOP management  
• Support growth and development within the team

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
• Experience working in freight forwarding Sales Support, Customer Service or Operations 
• CW1 experience is essential 
• Previous experience gaining rates from shipping, airline and transport providers 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an impeccable phone manner
