Position details
Role Title: Production Associate
Working arrangement:
On-site position, working across standard business hours
Reporting to:
Production Manager

- Setup of manufacturing and packaging equipment – Tablet presses, tablet coaters, encapsulation and blister packers
- Manufacturing of solid and liquid products – Tablets, capsules, topical, oral solutions
- Operation and cleaning of manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with compliance requirements
- Maintaining and recording of batch documents and other technical reports
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- Experience in a similar hands-on role within pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high technical aptitude
- Strong working experience in a GMP regulated environment – Proven experience working in environments that are accredited by the regulatory bodies (TGA, FDA)
- Ability to work under significant pressure | Well-versed with thriving within a busy manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical products
- Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Permanent resident visa or Australian citizenship
