The Role
As the Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants, and ensuring all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Conducting routine inspections and completing reports
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
- Handling VCAT matters when required
- Ensuring compliance with Victorian legislation
- Proven experience in residential property management
- Current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Strong understanding of tenancy legislation in Victoria
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional presentation and a proactive approach
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
