We are seeking an enthusiastic Reception & Administration Assistant to join a highly regarded organisation where you will be the welcoming face of the business and play an important role in creating a premium experience for employees, clients and visitors.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area while representing the professionalism and values of a globally recognised luxury brand.
Working within a corporate environment, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the business, including assisting the Human Resources team with employee onboarding, coordination and general administration.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity with full leave entitlements, working Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm.

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity with full leave entitlements, working Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing the daily opening and closing of reception and ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience.
- Welcoming visitors and delivering exceptional customer service to all guests and callers.
- Managing reception systems, registers and office supplies.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and international consignments.
- Supporting internal communications, including dealer bulletins, weekly updates and office communications.
- Assisting with fleet vehicle administration.
- Maintaining organisational charts, company records and internal databases.
- Supporting HR processes including employee onboarding and administration.
- Coordinating executive travel arrangements.
- Processing invoices, reconciliations and expense allocations.
- Assisting with the coordination of OHS, Fire Warden and First Aid training.

You will bring:
- Previous experience in reception, administration, office coordination or customer service essential.
- A polished and professional telephone manner.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive approach with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.
