The Role
As the first point of contact, you will be the face of the business, greeting visitors, supporting internal teams, and ensuring the front office runs smoothly. This is a varied and hands-on reception role suited to someone who enjoys helping others, staying organised, and creating a positive experience for staff and visitors.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Welcome and assist visitors, contractors, and customers
- Answer and direct incoming calls and manage the reception inbox
- Coordinate mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain reception, meeting rooms, and shared spaces
- Assist with general administration tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support internal departments with adhoc admin, travel and office coordination tasks
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a reception or administration position
- Professional, warm, and customer-focused approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, helpful, and team-orientated mindset
