We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join a welcoming team environment on an ongoing temporary basis. This position is based in modern, newly renovated offices in Keysborough.
About the Role:
- Ongoing temporary assignment – 2 days per week (Mondays & Fridays)
- Immediate start, with a 2-week handover provided
- Front desk reception and visitor management
- General administrative support across departments
- Coordination of meeting rooms, office supplies, and mail/deliveries
- Assisting with event coordination and staff onboarding
- Supporting travel bookings and fleet car management administration
About You:
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience in a professional setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished presentation
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Experience with fleet or facilities coordination will be highly regarded
