We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join a welcoming team environment on an ongoing temporary basis. This position is based in modern, newly renovated offices in Keysborough.

About the Role:

  • Ongoing temporary assignment – 2 days per week (Mondays & Fridays)
  • Immediate start, with a 2-week handover provided
  • Front desk reception and visitor management
  • General administrative support across departments
  • Coordination of meeting rooms, office supplies, and mail/deliveries
  • Assisting with event coordination and staff onboarding
  • Supporting travel bookings and fleet car management administration
About You:
  • Previous reception or front-of-house experience in a professional setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished presentation
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Experience with fleet or facilities coordination will be highly regarded
