The role
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in developing lasting client and candidate relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across your specialised portfolio
- Writing and managing job advertisements
- Proactively sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
- Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Coordinating interviews, managing offers, and guiding all parties through the hiring journey
- Developing and nurturing client relationships, with opportunities for business development
- Owning and growing your desk within a specialised sector
What we’re looking for
- You may have 12 months experience or 5 years experience in recruitment, we are open to a discussion
- A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- A proven ability to work toward targets and deliver results
- Commercially minded, proactive, and relationship-driven
- An enthusiastic approach to AI and utilising changing technologies
- Someone who sees recruitment as a long-term career, not just a role
