The Role

You’ll manage end-to-end product returns, credits, and customer queries while working cross-functionally with internal teams.

• Manage product returns 
• Action credit requests and ensure prompt, accurate resolutions
• Provide phone and email support for product and technical issues
• Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies and freight claims
• Collaborate with the warehouse and finance teams to finalise credit and stock return processes

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in customer service or technical support
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A problem-solver with attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Tech-savvy with experience using business systems (Zendesk, Shopify)
• Eagerness to lean and keen to work
• Strong problem solving skills and high initiative
