ABOUT THE COMPANY
An Australian-owned importer, designer, manufacturing and distribution business. Our client, with a national office based in Melbourne’s north, has experienced significant growth over the past 10 years, with ambitious targets moving forward.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a newly created role, Returns Coordinator. The position will take control of the returns process across multiple business areas. Working in the national DC, the priority will be cost recovery through assessing and processing returned goods. Success will be defined through rework, quality control and analysis of trends within returned goods to report to internal leaders. This role is hands-on, requiring updating systems and reports for management reporting.

DUTIES
• Prioritise the returns management process through warranty, fault, reworks and waste
• Ensure all returns are documented with cost recovery and improvements reported back to management
• Maintain KPIs around warranty reporting, ensuring all turnaround times are met
• Ensures the accuracy of all stock items such that respective physical stock levels reflect those in the operating system.
• Ensure the spare parts database is updated and accurate in conjunction with the Service Manager

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience working with returns, reworks, reverse logistics and spare parts within the consumer space.
• Exposure to a high-volume product return environment
• Ability to update and report to management through internal systems
• Is highly motivated, self-directed and has good time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
