We’re seeking a reliable and detail-focused Sales Administrator to provide hands-on administrative support to a busy sales team within a fast-paced organisation. This is a short-term temporary opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys structured admin work and supporting day-to-day sales operations. This role is highly administration-focused, supporting the smooth running of sales processes rather than direct selling.
 
The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative support to the sales team, ensuring systems, records and reports are kept up to date.
 
Key duties include:
  • Providing general sales administration and coordination support
  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to internal and customer enquiries
  • Preparing and maintaining sales documentation, reports and records
  • Entering and updating data across CRM and ERP systems
  • Supporting sales reporting and data accuracy
  • Assisting with order processing and scheduling activities
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to support smooth sales operations
  • Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks as required
 
About You
This role will suit someone who is organised, dependable and comfortable working onsite in a busy environment.
 
You will ideally bring:
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or similar support role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do approach
  • Confidence working in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is highly regarded
