ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining a motivated and settled sales team. The Caravan Sales Consultant will guide customers through the purchasing journey, helping them find the right caravan for their lifestyle and travel needs. The ideal candidate will have experience selling caravans at both dealership and trade shows, bringing a passion for the caravan space.

DUTIES
- Provide outstanding customer service while developing lasting relationships with clients
- Showcase the features and advantages of our caravan range to potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable caravan options
- Manage the sales process through to completion, ensuring a seamless buying experience
- Keep product knowledge current and stay updated on market and industry developments
- Assist with promotional activities and events to highlight our caravan offerings including trade shows

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within caravans, RVs, or the automotive sector
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Confident in negotiating and closing deals successfully
- Solid understanding of products, with the ability to align solutions to customer needs
- Motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections
- Genuine interest in caravanning and the RV lifestyle
