We’re looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in plastics packaging or related industries (food, beverage, healthcare, FMCG, etc.) to join a dynamic, rapidly growing business. This role will report directly through to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do:
• Drive sales growth by winning new business and expanding existing accounts
• Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored solutions
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Deliver high-quality proposals and presentations
• Contribute to forecasting and strategic planning

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in plastics packaging (more specifically Thermoform) industry is a major plus
• Strong commercial sense, including pricing, profit margins, and market knowledge
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, and adaptable
• Driver’s licence required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (NetSuite preferred)
