About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting efficient customer and supplier management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to business growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating supplier and product documentation
- Supporting pricing, quotations, and general sales support activities
- Assisting with forecasting, planning, and customer data accuracy
- Managing stock, contracts, and master data for customers and suppliers
- Coordinating sample requests, deliveries, and supporting product launches
- Handling customer communications, queries, and complaint resolution
- Supporting process improvement and service excellence initiatives
- Qualification in Food Science, Science, Marketing, or Commerce preferred
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role advantageous
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
- Confident using MS Office; SAP or CRM exposure highly regarded
- Full availability to work in the office
